Audrey Ohl, CLT, is a Certified Lymphatic Therapist and the founder of Rest and Restore Wellness. Born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio, she now resides in Boardman with her husband, Bob, and their daughter, Sadie.

Her journey into holistic wellness began through personal experience, navigating health challenges for both herself and her family. While exploring various healing modalities, she discovered Assisted Lymphatic Therapy (ALT) and experienced firsthand its profound impact on the body’s ability to restore balance and well-being. The results were so transformative that she became certified by the Foundation for the Advancement of Energy Medicine Technologies to administer ALT and felt compelled to bring this powerful therapy to her community.

At Rest and Restore Wellness in Poland, Ohio, Audrey offers Assisted Lymphatic Therapy. With a commitment to holistic healing, she provides a supportive space where clients can restore their health and well-being through compassionate and effective care.
